Retainer Fee (Non-Refundable):
Reservation deposit to reserve your date. Balance due no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Damage Deposit:
Held re missing items, damage to property or business reputation, etc. Fully refundable when no damage incurred. Due no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Basic Wedding Package Includes:

• Exclusive use of Country Acres & amenities located on 20 acres for 48 hours, from Friday at noon until  Sunday at noon. Your wedding is the only event on the premises!
• Outdoor Ceremony site of your choice
• 4000 sq. ft. Event Tent (100’ x 40’) with Edison bulb string lighting
• 30 - 8’ rectangle tables
• 240 brown walnut wooden chairs (indoor use only) for Reception in tent
• 240 white chairs for outdoor Ceremony
• 18’ x 24’ dance floor
• 16’ x 16’ stage
• Barnboard back-drop for head table with Edison bulb string lighting

• Wheel Chair Accessible Washrooms

• 2 large cabinet coolers with sliding doors for liquor/food
